The East Melbourne Specialist Day Hospital is a purpose-built, unique two theatre, 19 bed unit which supports surgeons in conducting day surgery procedures for their patients.

What your health fund covers
Once we have received your patient registration form we will contact you to advise of the cost of your procedure. This fee is for the use of the East Melbourne Specialist Day Hospital. Your surgeon and anaethetist will bill you separately... Read more

Patient Registration
Please download and complete the Patient Registration Form below and return to East Melbourne Specialist Day Hospital in person or via fax (03) 9473 4661.
It is important that we receive your form at least 72 hours before the day of your procedure, so that we can give advice on your admission information including financial consent and the time of your procedure.
